L3 verification, what it means.
L3 Customer-rated means an actual customer has submitted a verified rating via Trustgent magic-link to a domain-matched corporate email.
Evidence required
- Rater email matches the customer organisation's verified domain (no Gmail / Yahoo without secondary attestation)
- Rating is per-engagement, not per-relationship
- Outcome description structured by Trustgent intake; disclosure level chosen by rater
Decay rule
The intended schedule: ratings decay over ~24 months, with aggregate scores recency-weighted. The recency-weighted aggregation isn't live yet, it ships alongside the L5 concierge intake. Until then, every rating is displayed with its date and buyers judge recency directly. Retractions via the correction flow are supported today.
