Trustgent
Terms of service

Terms.

Effective from 27 June 2026 (v1). Plain summary first.

In one paragraph.

Trustgent is a reference layer for AI-implementation providers. Use of the public surface is free. Providers may claim a listing and submit evidence for verification. Verification is earned through evidence and never sold — paid plans unlock tools, not ranking. Misrepresentation of evidence is grounds for removal from the index.

The index.

The index is editorial. Inclusion and ranking are at Trustgent's discretion, based on the published methodology (/how-we-verify, /how-we-analyze). Featured placement, where present, is visually separated and clearly labelled.

Provider accounts.

A provider account-holder warrants they have authority to represent the provider. Evidence submitted must be accurate. Provider self-claims (L1) are clearly distinguished from Trustgent-verified attributes (L2+). Misrepresentation — fabricated customer lists, false project descriptions, identity fraud — voids the listing.

Paid plans.

Plans (Pro, Premium, Enterprise) unlock tools: branded profile, rating-invite at scale, analytics, lead distribution, badge embed customisation. Plans do not affect verification level, ranking, or inclusion. Billing is monthly or annual via Stripe. Cancel anytime; pro-rated refunds where applicable by local law.

Verification & confidentiality.

Trustgent may verify provider claims against public sources (L2), customer ratings via domain-matched magic-link (L3), AI-analysed project artefacts (L4), and outcome attestations (L5). Customer identity is anonymised by default; data sources are retained in the evidence vault and not made public.

Liability.

The index is provided as-is. Verification reflects evidence at the time of review and is subject to the decay rules in the methodology. Trustgent is not party to any engagement between a buyer and a provider. Liability is limited to fees paid to Trustgent in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where local law requires otherwise.

Jurisdiction.

Governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes resolved first by good-faith correspondence; thereafter by the competent court of Amsterdam, unless local consumer protection law gives you a forum closer to home.
