Notices, actions, appeals — the quarterly log.
v1.0, published 2026-07-05. Reporting period: 2026 Q3 (July – September). Next publication: 2026-10-05.
Why this report exists.
The Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) obliges platforms of any size to publish, on a regular cadence, information about content notices received under Article 16 and about the actions taken in response. Trustgent publishes this report quarterly. See /legal/regulatory for the notice-and-action mechanics.
Notices received this period
| Category | Count | Actioned | Median response |
|---|---|---|---|
| Illegal content (any ground) | 0 | 0 | — |
| Data accuracy — provider claim | 0 | 0 | — |
| Verification-level appeal | 0 | 0 | — |
| Rank-neutrality complaint | 0 | 0 | — |
This is the initial publication of the report. Zeros reflect that Trustgent has not yet received a formal notice under Article 16 during this reporting period. Rows may be added or revised in future reports as categories emerge.
Appeals and reversals
None to report for this period. When an appeal reverses a Trustgent action (badge downgrade reversed, listing reinstated, correction accepted), the outcome is recorded here with anonymized description of the reasoning. Full per-provider correction history is at the corrections policy.
Automated moderation
Trustgent does not currently use automated moderation on inbound listings or user-generated content in a way that triggers a takedown without human review. The DD (due diligence) scanner processes evidence but does not act unilaterally on public content. Any provider marked suspended or removed has been reviewed by a named Trustgent editor before the change went live.
Filing a notice
Submit notices to info@trustgent.com with subject “DSA Article 16 notice”. The mechanics (fields required, timelines, escalation) are described at /legal/regulatory.
