Verification spectrum · L5

L5 verification, what it means.

L5 Outcome-verified means a quantified outcome (baseline → after) with two attestations and a private evidence-vault data source.

Evidence required

  • Four atoms: metric definition, baseline, post-value, measurement window
  • Provider attestation of causation
  • Client attestation of the number and the attribution
  • Data source held privately in the evidence vault

Decay rule

Designed schedule: 12-month decay, with renewal requiring fresh evidence and a new last-verified date. Automated renewal reminders are not live yet, the L5 concierge intake ships alongside this schedule. Records today carry their last-verified date; buyers read staleness off the date.

Examples
