After you award

4. You + the awarded provider share a deal workspace — SOW, milestones, deliverables, messaging, sign-off. Money + contract stay between you.
5. Both sides mark the deal complete. The signed close auto-mints an L5 outcome record — the highest- quality proof either side will earn.
6. A 60-second rating prompt (email + in-app) turns your engagement into a public verified rating. Optional.

Transactional emails (brief received, quote received, deal awarded, deal closed, rate prompt) always fire. Digest cadence is opt-out; the service emails aren't.
