Plan-blind transparency report.
v1.0, published 2026-07-05. Reporting period: 2026 Q3 (July – September). First numeric report: 2026-10-05.
What this page commits Trustgent to.
Trustgent’s Attestation Protocol declares three invariants: plan-blind ranking, earned-not-sold verification, and radical methodological transparency. This page is the enforcement layer for the third. Every quarter Trustgent publishes four artifacts here, and each is auditable against public data plus the ranking methodology.
1. Statistical proof rank is uncorrelated with plan tier.
Every quarter Trustgent computes the correlation coefficient between provider plan tier and rank position on the top public listing surfaces (the ranked /providers index, every /categories/[slug] page, every qualifying /providers/in/[country]/[capability] cluster cell), controlling for verification level. Under the Attestation Protocol the residual correlation must be statistically indistinguishable from zero.
First numeric report is due 2026-10-05 covering 2026 Q3 (July – September). The raw data (one row per (provider, snapshot, page) tuple, plan tier, rank position, verification level) will be published as a downloadable CSV so any outside analyst can reproduce the calculation.
2. Rank-change audit log.
Every quarter Trustgent publishes the audit trail of substantive rank changes on indexed listing surfaces. A substantive change is any transition where a provider moved by more than three positions or crossed a page boundary. The log gives the provider slug, the surface, the old and new positions, the date, and the specific signal that changed (verification level update, new record, freshness gate). Rank changes triggered by a plan-tier change do not occur — a violation would appear in this log as an unexplained shift.
3. Methodology version history.
Every version of the Trustgent verification methodology is public and versioned. The current spec is at /how-we-verify and /protocol. Superseded versions remain accessible at/how-we-verify/methodology/[version] so any provider audited under a prior version can still refer to the exact criteria that were in force. Version diffs are summarised here each quarter.
4. Dispute + appeal resolutions.
Every quarter Trustgent publishes summary statistics for corrections and appeals processed under the corrections policy: how many were received, how many resulted in a change, median time to resolution, and one-paragraph summaries for any resolution that reversed a Trustgent decision. Confidential material stays confidential; the fact of the decision is public.
Why this page is not empty.
This is the initial publication (v1.0, 2026-07-05). Trustgent has published the commitment ahead of the first quarterly report. The moat move is the commitment itself: any competitor who mirrors this page structure would need equivalent statistical proof of rank neutrality, and their business model would not survive publishing it.
v1.0, published 2026-07-05. Next publication: 2026-10-05. Substantive changes to this page are logged in the next quarterly report.
